The Mora Duty Service Food (S) MDBlue is a compact craft knife in stainless steel for service work within the food segment.

With a 40 mm blade, ergonomic grip and a blue metal detectable handle and sheath, it is both safe and traceable.

The blade is 2.0 mm thick, made of recycled Swedish stainless steel (12C27) with a hardness of 56.5 HRC.

 The short blade length makes the knife safe and easy to control, while the steel ensures high durability and long edge retention.
